Carine and Robert Hines founded Sun Tracker Farm in the fertile Capay Valley in 2016. They specialize in growing vegetables like potatoes, summer squash, eggplants, peppers, and broccoli, along with fresh flowers and juicy melons. They also raise chickens and build the soil on their 28-acre property with sustainable farming practices. Their crops are certified organic through the USDA and the Real Organic Project (a stricter certification).
