This small, 12-acre family farm produces rare Blenheim apricots and other fruits like figs, lemons, peaches, and plums. Their fruits are certified organic through the USDA and the Real Organic Project (a stricter certification). Jim and Karina Knight founded the farm in 2018, but they also work off-farm jobs. Jim is an elementary school principal!
