At Gold Oak Ranch and several other farm plots, business partners Jose Luis Melendez (pictured) and David Scheuring raise organic mandarins and conventional almonds, walnuts, and pistachios. They use sustainable farming practices to grow their juicy organic citrus. Fun fact: The farm gets its name from an enormous oak tree on the property!
